Refurbishment and Modern Extension of The Anchor, Hullbridge, Essex

Navigate Planning successfully secured approval for the refurbishment and modern extension of The Anchor, Hullbridge, Essex.  Navigate Planning worked closely with Rochford District Council and their conservation advisers to secure committee approval for the proposal, which will bring new jobs to the area and raise the profile of The Anchor and Hullbridge as a destination on the coastal path.

Navigate Planning’s planning expertise, coupled with the skills of the design team at William Matthews Associates (WMA), ensured the design solution was sensitive to its location and made a positive contribution to the riverside setting and the historic crossing point of the River Crouch.
